Indigo Bunting!

Isn't he beautiful! As I made my way to the coffee pot this morning, I glanced out my kitchen window and low and behold there were at least 5 indigo buntings feeding on the wild grasses I left growing in my flower beds. What a pretty bird. They love the fuzzy seed heads and are quite comical to watch as they jump up and bend the seed heads down so they can pluck away the seeds. Its sights like these that make me glad to see another day.
